2026 Capital Project Gallery Renovations

In the second quarter of 2026, Museum of Glass will embark on a capital renovation project with the goal of modernizing, improving, and expanding its gallery spaces.

Construction is expected to take about six months, during which time Museum of Glass traditional gallery spaces will be closed. Smaller exhibitions will be held in the Museum’s Grand Hall.

Improvements will include new state-of-the-art lighting, sophisticated casework, interactive audio/visual components, enhanced visitor flow, and the addition of the Lino Tagliapietra Legacy Gallery.
