Kids Design Glass designers: we want to hear from you!

To commemorate the 20th Anniversary of Kids Design Glass, Museum of Glass is calling on the hundreds of families who have participated in this landmark program to get back in touch. We’d love to hear what the memories of your Kids Design Glass experience have meant to you, where your glass creation lives in your home, and any other tidbits about what impact this program has had in your life during its 20 year lifespan. If you would like to be a part of this anniversary celebration of Kids Design Glass, please complete the form below.

In addition to completing the form, please send pictures of your finished Kids Design Glass piece with the designer and family! Vertical and horizontal pictures can be sent to Susan Warner, Curator of Education, at kdg20@museumofglass.org. Please indicate the name of your piece in your email.

We look forward to hearing from you!
