Visiting Artist DH McNabb

Visiting Artist DH McNabb states, “Seeing, looking, searching for a new. Encouraged by parents that traveled, I often found myself spinning the globe in my father’s office looking at where they had been and where I too may some day go. Glass, initiated in 1999 at Centre College, has provided me with a way to travel, to seek. As far as art and design, I prefer to fluctuate between the two; ultimately coming to realize I am a maker. However, the most important thing the material has taught me is that it’s not necessarily what you can make but what you can expose…”
