Special Needs
Visitors with Disabilities
The Museum of Glass is wheelchair accessible. We have several spaces in the parking garage designated for visitors with disabilities, and a glass elevator gives you easy access to the Main Plaza and Museum entrance.
If you need them, we have wheelchairs and hearing assistance devices for loan at the coat room in the Grand Hall—they are free of charge and are available on a first come, first served basis. We’ll ask you to leave a credit card or ID when borrowing the equipment.
Visitors with Small Children
The Museum welcomes families with children of all ages. The Studio offers a daily hands-on art activity for you to enjoy with your children (Weekdays 10-3, Saturday 11-5 and Sunday 12-5). Occupied strollers are allowed throughout the Museum; baby backpacks are not allowed in the galleries. A limited number of strollers are available for check out free of charge.
