Celebrate Fridays at the Museum of Glass!

Every Friday from noon to 1 pm, you can watch some of the region’s hottest talent create artwork from molten glass in the Hot Shop Amphitheater while enjoying a delicious boxed lunch from Gallucci’s Catering. Bring your friends or business associates and celebrate Fridays with us.

Lunch Orders

Order your Hot Lunch by calling 253.572.9593 or emailing HEHair@aol.com (please plan to bill your order to your credit card). Be sure to call before 5 pm on Thursday to make a reservation. Your delicious boxed lunch is provided by Gallucci’s Catering.

Lunch Selections*

• Gallucci’s Caesar Salad – romaine lettuce, house-made croutons and Caesar dressing
• Greek Salad – vegetable salad of tomatoes, olives, cucumbers and red onion marinated in Italian vinaigrette
• Turkey Sandwich – roasted turkey breast, avocado aioli, lettuce and tomato on brioche
  (add bacon for $1 extra)
• Salami Baguette – salami, arugula and sweet butter on a baguette
• The Veggie – avocado aioli, cucumber, havarti, tomatoes, mayo and sprouts on multi-grain bread

* All meals include a beverage and a homemade cookie. Salads are served with a roll and butter. Sandwiches are served with chips.

When you order your lunch (253.572.9593 or HEHair@aol.com), please have your Visa or Mastercard ready to pay for your order. Unless you’re already a member, you’ll pay Museum admission when you arrive.
