Celebrate Fridays at the Museum of Glass!

Every Friday from noon to 1 pm, you can watch some of the region’s hottest talent create artwork from molten glass in the Hot Shop Amphitheater while enjoying a delicious boxed lunch from Gallucci’s Catering. Bring your friends or business associates and celebrate Fridays with us.

Lunch Orders

Order your Hot Lunch by calling 253.572.9593 or emailing tiaunnah@galluccis.com (please plan to bill your order to your credit card). Be sure to call before 3 pm on Wednesday to make a reservation. Your delicious boxed lunch is provided by Gallucci’s Catering.

Lunch Selections

Salads are served with a roll and butter. Sandwiches are served with your choice of chips or artichoke pesto pasta salad.

  • Turkey Caesar Salad – romaine lettuce, turkey, house-made croutons and Caesar dressing
  • Cobb Salad – romaine lettuce, arugula, turkey, boiled egg, tomato and bleu cheese with red wine vinaigrette
  • The Gallucci – salami, goat cheese, arugula, sweet onion & pepperoncini on foccacia
  • House Turkey – roasted turkey, havarti cheese, iceberg lettuce, tomato, and avocado aioli on a Brioche bun
  • Ham – honey ham, Swiss cheese, arugula, caramelized onions, & raisin mostarda on a Brioche bun

* All meals include a beverage and a homemade cookie.

Museum admission: varies
Lunch: $10 per person

When you order your lunch (253.572.9593 or tiaunnah@galluccis.com), please have your Visa or Mastercard ready to pay for your order. Unless you’re already a member, you’ll pay Museum admission when you arrive.
